Would go back for round two
Beautiful hotel. Excellent house maid service. The concierge service was not consistent and at some moments could be described as rude and unapproachable. The experience overall was good. The customer service is lacking immensely. Although I would stay at the Sorrento again, I hope the customer service improves immensely.

Not impressed
Room was clean and nicely appointed. There was a TV and CD player. No cable. The room was very warm and the air conditioner did not work. We could open the windows but our room was on the street side overlooking the front entrance and was very noisy with traffic and hospital ambulance sirens wailing all night. We had no choice but to use valet parking because of the location, it was all zoned within blocks of the hotel. The valet parking for one night was $37.00 with tax.
