Clean bedrooms, uncomfortable bed
Despite the hotels exterior, the interior was lovely, especially the atrium. Bedroom was clean. Only downside was the bed was solid as a rock and I couldnt sleep well. Also, be aware that they will not let you check in a minute before 2pm, which is unfortunate if you are coming from North America and your flight arrives early in the morning.

Nice Place to Stay
We went for a long weekend. Although the hotel is a nice clean hotel I wouldnt call it luxury. But the staff was friendly, and helpful. Parking was available on site, but it was full and under construction. Lots to do an see a really fun city.
Traveler's tip on dining
Lots of vegetarian options.

Not impressed
While the lobby area was very contemporary, the rooms were severly outdated and in need of renovations. The location is great however the hotel has very limited parking forcing most guests to park miles away. If this is truly a 4 star hotel I would hate to stay in anything less. I would not go back to this hotel again.
Traveler's tip on nightlife
There is always a good nightlife no matter the time of year with many pubs, clubs and casinos. While far more active a city in the summer, crowds of people can still be found in the winter escaping London on weekends.
