We stayed here because of the price and location recommendation. This hotel met our needs and was good value for the price. It has easy access to the MTR; important in Hong Kong. They have nice breakfast buffet and good amenities for what we paid as well. We were quickly moved from our original room, when it filled with paint fumes from the floor above. The new room was nicer, so no issue there. Wan Chai neighborhood still gives you a view of Hong Kong not to be seen in Central or Kowloon. Coffee shops with free internet are close by. The front desk service is not great, but they were always very busy. The bellman, concierge, and restaurant staff were amicable. The rooftop pool and gym are nice and in good weather provide a plus not usually found in hotels of this rating. Thumbs Up.

My twice a year hotel
Good but not great. Most convenient location. 10 minutes free shuttle to the Central airport train station. Rate from Expedia beats the direct booking rate. Don’t know why but will be back again in 5 months.
December - February. Too hot and humid from May to November

Great hotel
The room is small compared to the hotel in the States but it’s modern and comfortable. All the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Traveler's tip
The hotel is located in the center of every thing. There’s all kind of restaurants around.
