Truck Traffic Out on Route 95
If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. The Truck Traffic will disturb your sleep at night if your stay is during the week. On the weekend, it was less noisy. The location is within walking distance of the AMTRAK/ North Metro Railroad Station if you are traveling into New York City. Great "Buffet" was available for breakfast on Sunday morning. Parking is an additional hidden charge.

Front desk should learn how to treat guests.
Staff was fine, front desk not so, they had been very helpful when I checked in. I had added one night to my stay , and I wanted to make sure that I could stay in the same room for all 4 nights and not have any trouble about doing it. The next day I was locked out of my room and told by a new front desk person that I would be charged a large fee for checking out late. I did explain that I was staying for another 3 nights and that I had gone thur this with the cleck when checking in who said everything would be fine. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that I was. Findly she typed something into her computer, and said that it was a mistake ( on her part? ), handed me a new room key and that was it. This is a manager??? Not the way for a guest to be treated in any hotel. Outside of this,everyone in the hotel was really friendly and I did enjoy my stay.

Comfortable, clean and good value
The value was great for this hotel although the location is not ideal given the proximity to the highway. You could hear some road noise even from the 10th floor which is really the only downside. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. There are some restaurants and shopping right nearby. To get to the water, you really need a rental car or taxi though.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Not far from the water but don’t try and walk there - it is almost 2 miles and part of the way is a little funky walking under the highway.
