horizon has gone downhill

my two main complaints are: THEY TOOK OUT THE CARD TABLES IN A CASINO!! (HUH?) AND THE HOT TUBS WERE BROKEN. AFTER SKIING ALL DAY THE HOT TUBS ARE AS IMPORTANT AS HAVING A WORKING SHOWER. WHEN YOU BOOK A ROOM YOU DONT THINK TO ASK ABOUT THINGS YOU ASSUME TO BE AUTOMATIC. NOW I KNOW DIFFERENTLY AND WILL NOT RETURN TO THE HORIZON IF THSES 2 VERY IMPORTANT ISSUES ARE NOT RESOLVED.

check-in was delay, room was not cleaned when we first entered. We had to wait until the maid finish cleaning. Key card constantly not working properly.

Here for the snow

If you just want a good affordable hotel to stay in during your snowboarding trip this is it. We got two rooms for cheaper than one room over at Harvey’s. There’s a Starbuck’s downstairs and that is more than enough to get us going in the mornings. The restaurant is reasonably priced and quick. The rooms are just above a Motel 6 in terms of quality, the hotel should be rated more like a 2.5 stars instead of 3 as shown.
