Dirty
Hotel is dirty and out-dated and it shows. Dirty windows and dirty hot tubs and pool. I wrote a letter to the hotel corporate office as well as to the manager and they did not respond. Not good when I stayed at 3 other Banyan Tree locations. It’s way over priced and not worth the money for what you get in Thailand. Attention to detail is lacking. Spa services are not good as the staff does not know how to give massages. Staff is friendly but this place needs lots of work. They forgot to book me a taxi to the airport and then over-charge me by offering their pricey hotel limo. Food was so so, and thats not good for Thailand. I would not stay here again.
