Very disappointed
The lobby of the hotel looked clean and new. We got to our room and there were stains on the carpet (very large, reddish brown stains) and the air conditioner in the room was not working. We called the front desk and they told us they would switch our room. Got to our second room. Stains on the carpet there too, tile missing from bathroom ceiling exposing lights in ceiling. Mold in bathtub tile. Unpleasant smell in the room. Had to ask for another towel (there was only 1)...had to ask for a coffee maker (there was one in the first room). When I went to make coffee the first morning, there was a used coffee filter in the coffee maker. Restaurant in hotel was closed, pool was closed, gift shop was closed and being cleared out of all items. Hotel seemed virtually deserted. Homeless man wondering around. Tried to stay there as little as possible--only to sleep. When I returned home all our clothes had a horrible smell from the hotel.

AWFUL!!!! STAY AWAY!!! Dirty, disgusting and simply the worst place ever!
Dirty, disgusting and the room didn’t even have towels! When we called the front desk our only suggested remedy was to go to the front desk for another room key and then go get some towels from another room! There are better places just down the street! STAY AWAY.
