We will definitely be back next year!
I don’t even know how to describe our Ace Hotel experience - the hotel and staff are so great and so fun! We had the best time! If you are planning a Palm Springs trip we would absolutely recommend the Ace. Also, plan on eating at least one of your meals in their restaurant. The food is yummy and reasonable plus you may even get a song! Our only gripe was that our room got really bright when the sun came up and so we had to improvise by hanging a blanket over our window. Blackout curtains would be a nice addition in the otherwise funky yet comfy rooms. We loved it!!

Relaxed and Casual Atmosphere
If you want a relaxed and casual place to stay this is your destination. The employees are so friendly, pleasant and accomodating. You are always greeted with a smile and you feel welcomed. The room we stayed in is just what we expected from viewing the hotel’s photos. It’s not fancy but you feel like you’re at home. The bathroom was supplied with their own brand of toiletries which were great to use. The only negative comment I have about this place is the walls are thin. We had a first floor unit and we constantly heard the folks’ footsteps above us. It didn’t really bother us but if you are sensitive to noises you might find this a problem. We also dined at their restaurant. The staff was also friendly and accomodating. The food was reasonably priced and was tasty. Nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back.

Super weekend getaway
We were celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary and looking for a fun and cool place to stay. The Ace Hotel is a great combination of hip and laid back. Fun and inventive decor, but not pretentious. We really liked the small details including the record player in our room, we brought our own records to play too! Got some spa services, the massage was great. Would love to stay here again.
