See you in April

I love this hotel. I can’t wait to return for my birthday. Although you have to rent acar to go around, it is part of the adventure. You have to expect to drive when one travels to the islands. Staff, the setting, the view and the food, were all great.

Great Location, watch what you pay for the room

Loved the location and black rock and swimming with the turtles. Great breakfast included. However, we paid a lot of money for an "ocaen view room" and you could only see the ocean if you were standing at the railing on the balcony. If you were sitting you could not see any ocean. I would have been better off to pay half the price and gotten a garden view room which is the only view we actually had!!

Luxury, Fun and Comfort - Great Hotel

We splurged on the Ocean Front room which is situation on the point of Black Rock. It is definitely worth the extra expense. It is truly an oasis within the resort (and very quiet relative to the rest of the resort). I highly recommend the Sheraton - gorgeous location, ocean panorama and fantastic beach. Kaanapali beach is the best on the island. My only complaint is that the food in the hotel restaurants, which we only sampled twice, was overpriced and not tasty. We actually asked for a refund on one item as it was ill-prepared. The staff could not have been more gracious. This is really first class service.
