The staffs are very professional and ready to assist the guests. The hotel buffet breakfast is great, selection is wide variety and they change them everyday. Over all the hotel is great.

Thanksgiving in Cebu 2009
A friend and I spent a week at the Parklane and we would go back...except on Saturday night. They had a loud band playing in the lobby on Saturday night, otherwise it was great, just ask for a room away from the construction. Service as good, food was great, excellent location and the rates were reasonable.

Older hotel with great value and excellent staff
Positives: Large buffet breakfast included with room package Very good FREE internet One block from Ayala shopping center (2) mini bottles of water each day Daily newspaper Low cost laundry Refrigerator in room Good in room air con unit that will stay on 24 hours when you ask for a second room key Cons: Windows are not thick enough to block outside noises. I was on 12th floor and was greeted each morning by rooster calls. City side has construction of large building (as of December 2009) and the noise is an issue as they seem to work all hours. Fortunately I was moved to a mountain side view and noise levels were not an issue. If I was not moved, I would have checked out as the nose was that bad. Small TV compared to modern hotels Standard overcharged hotel prices for things like car rental / can of soda / water). Fortunately there are easily accessible alternatives
Breakfast buffet is included and has a very nice selection of food - for other meals head over to Ayala (one block away) as there are better prices and selections. Ayala also has a grocery store in the basement so you cna stock up on room supply food and drinks.
