Nice for turist visit
Overall it a nie hotel if you are just loking for a place to rest from a long day’s walk in Prague.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel by the US standards. If you are a smoker and can tolerate the smoke, it will be ok, but if you are not, i would definitely NOT recommend staying here as you can’t escape it in this hotel, it is everywhere. We asked for a non-smoking room on the non-smoking floor and it didn’t matter. They don’t inforce the policy on the non-smoking floor. It was awful as the smoke was coming through the vents all the time. The mattresses in the entire hotel are absolutely horrible, they’re as hard as if you were sleeping on the floor. We thought it was our room, but were told that all rooms in the hotel have the same mattresses. Overall the rooms were clean and breakfast was ok. It is located in a nice residential neighborhood. The closest subway station is about 5 min walking distance and 3 stops away from the center. Good location.

Adequate
For the money, this is what you would expect. I was satifisied overall. The location is just a bit off the beaten path. The claim of a 10 minute walk to the city center is not accurate, and I walk fast. However, I did like staying in that neighborhood, and found a couple of good local bars. I would recommend it within it’s price range. The La Palais a block away is a very nice place, with the price to go with it... but check it out given it is in the same location.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
If you need a gym, they have an agreement with the La Palais down the street, for a fee. It is worth it though... latest equipment, nice sauna/steam/spa.
