Would definitely recommend this Hotel
My husband had to have a procedure performed in Oahu, so we flew from Kauai. We have never stayed in this particular hotel, but I will stay here again should we have to visit Waikiki again. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a flat screen TV, our coffee and toiletries were replenished each day. Although we were facing the mountains, the view was spectacular! And when the night lights came on, the houses on the hillside looked like diamonds strewn on the ground. Just beautiful!!

Outstanding Customer Service!!!
The entire staff was friendly and pleasant. It almost seemed therapeutic to converse with such accomodating and warm individuals. The hotel manager acceded to a change of room halfway through my stay to meet my needs. She was pleasant and truly looked concerned at the issue I raised up. Rooms are clean and well-kept, and proximity to the Beach Walk location was perfect. Access to Halekulani Hotel perks was icing on the cake!
Of course, do not miss the beach and the eco-friendly co-mingling of nature and man-made structures.
