Will Return
Loved this hotel and would stay there again on a return trip to SF. Quite, stylish and very clean. The staff was very attentive and helpful with restaurants, directions, siteseeing suggestions etc. Just a very comfortable stay all around.

not impressed
the deluxe suite was very small for 4 people although it said it would fit 4 adults. We paid extra for a view of the building below us. The front desk staff was courteous at times and rude at others. We stayed there for the marathon in October. The hotel staff said they would charge a half night fee for late check out past 1:00 even when we explained that we did not have control over the shuttle buses back from the marathon. There were several others in our group who stayed there who asked for late checkout who would not be charged past 1:00. So the hotel picks and chooses who will pay a fee an who will not. Based on what i do not know. Just not a great overall experience.

Room was clean with modern conveniences. Service was great. Local grocery store and restaurants nearby. Close to local attractions, and public transportation.
