Definitely a winner!
This hotel was great. It was one block from the beach and in the center of town. We were able to walk to various restaurants and shops. The location was perfect for our needs. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed having a lounge and restaurant on site. Our room was very confomfortable and clean. We had a partial view of downtown Waikiki, but didn’t spend that much time in our room. The hotel was also very quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location.
Good: Excellently located in the heart of Waikiki and and a hop and skip away from the beach. Free (wired) internet in room and free wi-fi in the lobby. Unlimited access to towels from pool which you can take to the beach. Bad: Front staff are not helpful, but who needs them with the internet these days.

not impressed
construction noise, bed linen not changed during 8 nights, hotel stated to request bed linen change. Conservation efforts. we did not pay for conservation on this vacation in hawaii. construction trucks always parking in handicap ramp access, let management know, problem not corrected. Not happy with the condition of surrounding area, downtown area.
