Large clean suites, friendly staff, warm cookies
Quiet, clean and very nicely furnished suites. Traveled on business, but will come back for a family stay.

Convenient location, full kitchen
We stayed during Thanksigiving and used the full (small) kitchen to serve a great dinner. Great location, easy walk to the Capitol and UT. Need some maintenance work but the staff was friendly. None of the staff knew where anything was except the bartender who sent us to a great music place called Treadgill’s.

Great Experience at Doubletree Guest Suites Austin
Arrived about 10 pm- warm cookies upon check-in! (I’d forgotten about that treat! Family was very pleased.) Our 4-door Ford F-150 truck was too large for garage, so they parked it in valet for the garage price ($15/day). That was very accommodating! All employees were cheerful & helpful; it was all about customer service. The suite was clean, and looked like it’d been redone recently. Anything we needed was handled right away. (i.e. iron was missing & one was brought right up to us). We had suite #1211, very nice! Were in Austin for a large family wedding, and we were very satisfied.
