great place for rest and relaxation, hotel has little areas of hominess
I love this hotel. It is very unique in that it has little areas where one can sit and just relax. The rooms and beds are comfortable.

Great Value
This hotel is nothing fancy but gave me more than what I expected for the price. This was my second staying there and, like the first, I was satisfied. The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was clean, just like last time. The one minor negative thing about this hotel is that it is a bit old. The bathroom door was sometimes hard to close. The window above the door into the room was very difficult to close. However, for the price, you wouldn’t be able to find a better deal. It is very close to ASU Tempe campus and conveniently located by the 202 (a major highway). I would stay there another time if I make it back to Phoenix.

Very nice hotel
We ended up having 2 other people with us and they were nice enough not to charge us. They were very friendly. The courtyard was very pretty and enjoyable to walk around .I would return again.
