Bad Service
All I want to say is that they have an horrible costumer service, I stayed just one night and I can say that i will never come back to this hotel. they have a good location, clean rooms, good condition but they don’t know how to treat people.

I liked a swimming pool and GYM. Barcelo has really good service and very comfortable... At the front desk, all staffs were very kind!
