What I Expected
This is a TraveLodge brand...I’d seen this motel in passing so knew the location was ok. In fact, it was more convenient to downtown than expected, and there are a few trendy spots nearby. This motel has seen a LOT of wear, but seems to have been painted and re-outfitted recently. For the price, well worth it. If you want glamor, don’t bother. If you need a bed for a few nights it will do. Special feature: the great "TL" logo on all of the balconies!

Close to locations
This hotel is within walking distance of downtown and the Laurelhurst district. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location, and it’s perfect. No frills, but I don’t pay money to stay in a hotel room all day, anyway.
