Request Waikiki Tower
Check-in was long but only because there was a Elton John concert that evening so alot of us from the outer islands came into town to this event. We were put in the Kona Tower the newly remodeled part of the hotel in which i’m guessing, but it seemed like they chopped what had been one regular-size room in half and magically made it two. It was very uncomfortable for us as my husband is 6ft & 190lbs and i am a medium size woman, we had to scoot around the furniture sideways because it was packed in so tight. The queen size bed had us elbow to elbow all night. They haven’t remodeled the older part of the building so there are still 2 queen size beds in this rooms, plenty of room to spread out and breathe. These rooms should be requested, the Waikiki Tower......Aloha

Ala Moana Hotel
Good location, friendly staff, clean room, all the shopping you could ask for right downstairs, beautiful Ala Moana beach park right across the street, and beautiful Waikiki Beach within walking distance. I’d come back again, no question.
