Good place to stay for solo traveler
This hotel is conveniently located on a main strip. The neighboring restaurants are pricey. Police patrol is visible on the strip. Seems safe for solo women travelers. Restaurant and casino in hotel. Taxis readily available. Tour coordinator on site.

Irresponsible cleaning staff,hidden charges
Well initially when we checked in we were told that we were entitled to 2 free complimentary drinks ,that was nice but then we were told that there would be a fee for parking. The cost of the parking fee was something that we didnt expect to pay for as afterall, we were their guests... we ordered room service once which was in all fairness reasonable,but the cleaning lady made a mistake of throwing away our rental car agreement contract accidently so we asked for a reduction of some sort for this because I had to go back and obtain a duplicate copy of the agreement. So anyway the only thing I really liked was the tour guide Ricardo who was assigned with a company called sunshine tours to take us around old san juan and ofcourse the cassino in which I did win a bit and did enjoy the company there. Overall I feel that I the hotel is over rated and that they need to furnish all information regarding the costs for everything . Lastly next time I will only book a hotel only if I have beach access which Radison simply does not have ...

Good for the price, not necessarily close to the action
In a reasonable central location in Condade, walking distance to many restaurants and a small beach two blocks away. Casino was not any added value although we did each get a complimentary drink.
