GOOD STAY IN CHICAGO
We enjoyed our stay - the concierge and staff were very helpful. The room was pretty comfortable. The only thing missing is a chest of drawers or a little more room for clothing storage.

Great Location
The location of this hotel was perfect. It was within walking distance to all shopping and sites to see. The rooms are a little small but the hotel is very nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definately use this hotel again if I go back to Chicago.

Good experience
After reading a number of negative reviews I was prepared for the worst. However, I found the staff very friendly and accomodating and though the room was small it was clean with a comfortable bed and nice amenities.
