Acapulcos Best
We have been to the Princess twice and both times we have loved it. The kids love the pools. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel for families.

main building it is the oldest and does not have internet available in all rooms and internet is 12.95 additional beach is beautiful but surf can be rough in some seasons food is acceptable for breakfast and lunch but if you are looking for quality gourmet you may want to go out for dinner 15 mins from downtown Acapulco so you will need to take a taxi for shopping or to go out

Great Hotel but Air Quality in Room Not Good
The hotel was impressive, the pools were fantastic, and the grounds were beautiful. Our room was large and comfortable. My only complaint was that the air coming out of the air conditioning duct was nasty. It smelled like milldew and we starting coughing. We turned it off. Luckily there was a nice breeze and we kept the balcony door open during the day. We closed it at night and it got a little hot, but it was bearable. Since we were only staying one night we didnt feel like trying to get another room and moving our things since the other rooms were probably connected to the same air conditioning system. If youre not allergic to dust and milldew, this hotel is great. The restaurant was a little expensive especially if you plan to stay more than a day or two. I loved the pools and the view, right on the beach.
