One of the best hotels I have stayed in.
This hotel was very clean-inside and out. All staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The pool is beautiful. Private beach and pier. Shuttle to duval street every 1 hour.

Surprised with an upgrade
This is a very nice hotel located as you first arrive in Key West. It is a few miles away from downtown which we liked. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised when we were given an upgrade to a suite. Unfortunately we were only able to stay one night.

One of the nicest hotels on Island - Location is only concern
The hotel property is beautiful and very well maintained. Their private beach area however is not what I expected at all. One must know the Key West is on coral reef so any beach is man made. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle to downtown/Duval street however is not exactly walking distance from any stores or any of the attractions. Would be nice if the hotel offered a couple more stops on the shuttle versus just the Duval street run on each hour.
Be sure to pack water shoes as all the beaches are a bit rocky and tough to get in w/o the water shoes. A must to have for this destination. I saw many suffering to get in the water and I was so happy I had mine packed. =)
