Peace and quiet next to it all
Great hotel with many room options and a staff that provides top notch service. A vacation in itself without leaving the hotels grounds. Moments from everything to do yet not in a congested area.

Far from Downtown
Overall good hotel and very nice staff. Lack of a marina is disappointing although they said one was coming. The small rooms are very small, barely larger than a NYC hotel. Nice flat screen tvs although the one in our room had a line of bad pixels right down the center of the screen...we were not in Key West to watch tv anyway. Only saw it during the morning weather forecast. The only thing they could change is the downtown van shuttle. It runs only once an hour with two to three vans at the same time because there were so many people...why not once every 30 minutes, who knows. We resorted to taking taxis.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in.
This hotel was very clean-inside and out. All staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The pool is beautiful. Private beach and pier. Shuttle to duval street every 1 hour.
