Seattle’s Great Hotel
Everything was perfect. Staff was friendly and accomodating, esp. the shuttle service.

Had some problems
My wife and I were really looking forward to an in-room movie on pay-per-view. However, the system was down and a technician couldn’t come until the next day. My wife’s hotel shuttle to the airport was 25 minutes late. When I went to work out in the gym, one of the 30 lb dumb bells was missing and even though they had signs requesting you spray down equipment when finished, there were no spray bottles to be found. Other than that, the staff was nice and the room was what I expected. Overall, we were a little disappointed. I’m assuming this isn’t a normal experience from the Radisson.
