Nice and convenient
The maintenance man of the hotel helped us to check the heater that wouldn’t start, and find another room where the system worked . Other than that, the concierge is very knowledgable and guided us through great restaurants and things to do. The bar at the hotel has a good ambiance and good music, and serves basic food late. Breakfast is very expensive but there is a French bakery 2 minutes walk from the hotel with great ambiance and food. Rooms are pretty and clean, with wireless network. The Tv channels are quite limited but you need to go out in Santa Fe! There are "fake" fireplaces unfortunately in the room. Location is very central to the Plaza with lots of restaurants but a bit far from Canyon Rd where the galleries are. We lost weight! Yipee!

Typical Santa Fe decor and hospitality
Lovely room with an outdoor balcony overlooking the city. I did have to inspect a few room options before I settled on the one I wanted, but the staff and setting is perfect. Will stay there always.
