Best way to Experience New Orleans
I love this hotel. Situated virtually at the start of Bourbon St., you walk out your door and are virtually there. Of course you’re just far enough away to get a good nights sleep away from the noise of the street too. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff helpful.

good stay.... but TERRIBLE HOUSEKEEPING
Everything was good except for the housekeeping. When you have spent all day walking the streets and want to rest a bit before getting ready for dinner, it very unpleasant to see that the housekeeping crew still hasn’t done your room at 4:30 PM. !!!!

Great location, Service and staff
The location of the hotel was very convenient and the trolley was right outside the front door, Bourbon street was a few blocks away and the restaurants in the area are very good. Harrah’s Casino is a nice walk away and there is plenty of sightseeing and street entertainment all over the area. New Orleans is not a terribly safe area, so have your wits about yourself and never get so drunk that you are not fully in control of yourself and your surroundings. I live in NYC and it is paradise when it comes to safety compared to New Orleans. The Hotel is top rate and I will return there on my next visit.
