Just ok
The hotel was a good location for our leisure trip to NOLA. NOLA was not as entertaining as I remember, having been there many years ago during Mardi Gras. However, we had a good time as this was my partners first time there. The Katrina tour was interesting to say the least...to see the devastation up close and personal will leave you speechless. The swamp tours are a waste of time...don’t waste your money. The guide was the best part of our swamp tour (by the way not a single gator in sight)...they come out of hibernation during the warmer months.

Great Stay, Will Return
One of the best experiences I ever had. The night auditor checked us in. Upgraded us to a corner room with a great view. Gave us recommendations on where to eat, places to see, etc. I mentioned we were celebrating my bday and the next day Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries and almonds awaited us. In addition to the excellent service. We were just a short walk to all the action on Bourbon St. I would definitely stay at this JW Marriott on our next visit to New Orleans.
