Amazing Service, location, and classy all the way!!!!!
This was my first trip to Seattle and our hotel was the core of our trip. The location was amazing; I had no idea that during our stay over Thanksgiving we would be right across from the Macy Parade, tree lighting ceremony, close to Pikes Market and have horse drawn carriage rides available just across the street at the square. Boy did we luck out booking this trip. We REALLY saw value in the customer service & the doormen were great. The doorman with a great smile that reminds me of Isaac from Love Boat (but more handsome) was wonderful at making us feel like family as we jolted in and out all day long for 3 days!

The ultimate anniversary celebration location
The rain and wind were incessant. The hotel cozy and comfortable with easy access to points of interest without getting soaked. Our waiter at the hotel restaurant was superb, the food top notch - breakfast especially noteworthy with the best scones ever! The hotels concierge, a most wonderful lady who really made our stay over- the- top by arranging museum tickets, dinner reservations - with van service to a waterfront restaurant one evening. We loved the hotel bar with windows on the world outside. Not our first stay, and we look forward to returning again soon.
