Okay for Adults
My husband and I stayed at this hotel in Sept. I make note of this because there were NO children that I saw. So the hotel seemed quiet but I don’t think it would be that way when there are kids there. We could hear adults in the hall and can just imagine kids running around in the summer. Also the pipes are very noisy and sounded like someone was taking a shower in OUR room. This is a new hotel, and furnishing are in good shape. It was clean. Staff (owner?) were efficient and nice. It does not have wireless in the room but the front desk does provide a kit to hook up. It is a slow network connection, but not sure if there is anything better available in the area. Breakfast is the standard fair for Comfort. But I do wish Comforts would drop the biscuits and sausage gravy as their hot dish. Yuck! Hotel is at the edge of town, but this town is very small so that is not an issue.

Very comfortable stay
The suite we live is with kitchen. It is very comfortable and spacious. Things are new and clean. The complimentary breakfast is good too. The Hotal staff did their duties, but could be more agreeable.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
The grocery stores are in walking distance.(Actually the town is so small, everything is in walking distance). We bought food there to prepare our lunchs. Save money as well as eat healthy.

THE place to stay in W. Yellowstone!
From the time we walked in the door, we felt like FAMILY. The next morning at breakfast, we were greeted by a wonderful lady (Mary Lou), the breakfast attendant, who for the rest of the week ALSO treated us and our two 8 year old boys like we were in grandma’s kitchen. Housekeeping is EXCELLENT as we were there for 8 days. We always returned to a clean room, which was a chore in itself, considering our two! :)
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Of course coming here you came to see Yellowstone! But if you have time, YOU MUST make the drive over to Nevada city and Virginia city. The ride on the steam locomotive (old numer 12) was great, our boys LOVED it. There is a "ghost town" in Nevada city that makes it well worth the drive and money!
