Everything appeared to be normal until we realized our heat was not working, the weather was freezing and so was our room. They sent up an engineer, he was unable to fix it. When we complained they offered to send him up again, I assume to do something he didn’t do the first time. We were told we’d need to wait even though we needed to shower and get dressed for dinner reservations and he would need to enter the bathroom to work on the heating. I had to go down to the front desk and complain to switch rooms,one with working heat. They then moved us to another room, with working heat. However, it was a much smaller room. I had to go back to the desk, and the finally put us in a heated room, closer to what we actually reserved. THREE ROOMS!!!!! RUDE DESK ATTENDANT!!!!!!

Perfect!
Wonderful! Beautiful! There were complimentary cookies at night and free breakfast that morning. The bathtub was huge and wonderful. The bed was very confortable. We loved it! The view of the city was beautiful. Beautiful area with bar, fireplace, books on the second floor where the cookies and breakfast were served.
