excellent hotel
very nice, friendly, helpful staff. conveniently located downtown seattle. great character.

Staff is substandard
The lobby has only one computer terminal for guests. Although there is a small sign requesting guests be considerate of others, time and again computer hogs acted as if they owned it and occasionally were belligerent. Complaining to the manager and concierge was pointless as they would not confront the selfish hogs.

Good Location
Location was great for sight seeing and/or business. Rooms were on the small side especially the bathroom, but they were very clean and somewhat cozy. Don’t know why this sticks out from all of my memories but the hotel has a wonerful aroma. It gives a very cozy feeling.
