This is not a four star hotel...
The staff was curt, the elevators the slowest I’ve ever seen, the room was barely clean, the amenities like shampoo (i -did- get three bottles of conditioner, though) were missing, the duvet under the coverlet was absolutely filthy, the pillows were like shapeless sacks of misery, the valet parking overpriced, and the staff wouldn’t let me leave my car in their garage while walking up the street to the Parthenon at Centennial Park. Location was excellent, service was decent if a bit short (and it wasn’t busy), but the room and the amenities were SADLY lacking. i wouldn’t recommend it, won’t stay again, and now realize the four stars means something totally different in Nashville.

Good Hotel & Neighborhood but I don’t like being nickled & dimed
Very pleasant and professional staff. Room extremely clean, well cared for & serviced. However, $ 1.00 plus tax, etc for local phone calls is a bit much when you consider what you are paying per night for a room. Also, in this day and age, at a hotel of this caliber, internet service should be part of the freight....at the very least in the lobby areas.
