Worst I have stayed at!
I arrived at. 3:30 pm. Check in was 3:00pm. I was tired from my trip. I was informed that my room would not be ready for several hours and there were 43 others in the lobby waiting ahead of me.I booked my stay( 5-nights) weeks in advance. I questioned this,and was told in a very curt,rude manner that there had been a "game",and many people checked out late and they needed to clean..I called Expedia. They were rude to Expedia and hung-up on them.I got a room finally at 6:20pm. Room temp.,I set at 72, never above70,complained,nothing! I was in Nashville to see my son in the hospital. The food I had at the hospital was MUCH better tasting than any of the food I tried at Loews!! Just imagine that!! Need I say more.

I love this hotel
It was all great except the part of checking in when i called and asked when check in was they said 3 pm so i get there a 310 pm and they said it would be another 25 to 30 minutes so we had to wait in the lobby
