Very Disappointing
We were disappointed with this resort for many reasons. First of which being that you cant swim at the beach there because there is so much coral. If you want to go to a beach that you can swim at its about a 20 minute walk. That beach (Smugglers Cove) is gorgeous. They advertise tennis courts. The tennis courts there are chained up and the lighting is broken, rusted and laying across the court. They do not provide free internet for guests. There is no ATM machine on-site (the closest being about a 20 minute drive) Taxis are extremely expensive- better to rent a car at $60 a day than take a taxi out at night because it will cost about the same depending on where you are going. The food in the resaurant was not good. We had to call room service a few times because they took our towles and forgot to leave fresh ones or the didnt come at all. I have been to St Marteen, St Thomas, Puerto Rico, Aruba, and Mexico so, I am not blindly comparing this. If you are looking to go to an island that caters to tourists Tortola is not the one.

My Two Cents
The service at the hotel was exceptional. The rooms are spacious and offer great views of the property. Lunch menu was fine and the food was good. We were most disappointed with the lack of evening activities such as local entertainment. For that, you have to travel to Roadtown. Also, we were very disappointed with the evening menu. The dinner menu lacked any type of local dishes and the food was not good. We were also disappointed that Sunday brunch started at 11am and check-out time is a 12 noon so we were unable to experience what the hotel had to offer. Overall, we would consider going back.

Honeymooners Getaway
Beautiful facilities and secluded cabins/villas if requested. Beachfront is worth it and sunsets are beautiful. Sopers Hole Marina and Cane Garden Beach are 10 minutes by car with restaurant options although the hotels is acceptable and not unreasonably priced. Drawback is a rock bottom beach with few clear sand spots
