Helpful, nice staff
I got to adelaide one day late. My reservation was cancelled and my room was given to someone else. The lady at the front desk took care of that, she upgraded me to a very nice room with a beautiful view. Central Location: From the hilton, you can catch the free tram (within downtown), but you have to pay if you;re going to the beach at Glenelg. A very wide range of restaurants and bars are less than a 10 or 15 min walk.

Go to central market which is only next door to the hilton

Not impressed
An OK hotel - but thats all. Not near the 4 stars that it has. Dining fine, but room was a dissapointment. Room not clean, and furnitures looked like they were from 1980s. No pictures on wall, and a bad smell in the bathroom of not washed curtain. Not new supplies of shampoo/soap every day. No complementary water.
