A fun vacation
The hotel was nice, but old. The elevator did not work very quickly and the breakfast was all cold food. Other than that the staff was very accomodating and the hotel is right on the beach. It was in a good location in Santa Barbara, and away from too much street noise. The staff was very nice and willing to do whatever they could to make the stay enjoyable.

Will stay there again next time in Santa Barbara
The location of the hotel was fantastic. The view was wonderful and the staff was friendly. I liked the character of the hotel. The only area that I felt could be upgraded and made more inviting was the hotel lobby and entrance. It was very plain and did not make a great first impression.
