Just Okay -- not bad but not great
Bad area (strip clubs and "adult" shops in the vicinity), but the grounds and room were well kept and clean (although furnishings were dated). The free breakfast was marginal (powdered eggs, cold hash-browns, limp toast) but, if price is a huge factor for you, it is a good deal. We pretty much just slept there since we were there on business but I think next time we will spend a little more and get something more upscale. But, not bad overall if you are on a budget (I’ve stayed in much worse!)

Had a very nice stay
We enjoyed the comfort of the room, location, and services.
There were two new areas in Tempe which has a variety of new stores and restruants located in the same area.

Love Happy Hour
The happy hour is great...it’s in a nice area where you can meet different people from other cities and countries. It was very nice having the breakfast the next morning.
The only thing was that we were told the Botanical Gardens were about one and a half miles one way and it ended up being four miles one way.
