thought it could be better
Hotel was going through a renovation. We had a non renovated room. The fridge had to be replaced and we always needed more towels. We didn’t even have a hotel book to exaplin what hours the pool and fitness room were open, or if room service was even an option. Our calls to housekeeping went unanswered. Hopefully after the renovation, some attitudes will be renovated as well.
