A good bootique hotel
The hotel is in a good neighborhood and close to the Museum of Art (MASP). The room had more than adequate furniture and a safe. The service did not feel very personal though. Breakfast (included in the rate) starts at 6:30, but we had a plane at 7:20 and could not stay that long. The clerk at the front desk seemed to be quite indiffirent to our predicament. By contrast, when a few years ago at a lower class hotel in Edinburgh I asked for an early wake up call, they told me I would miss breakfast and promised to send a night porter to bring me breakfast food that would be ready by that time.

Excellent Hotel
My wife and I stayed here for a few days on a vacation and loved it. The hotel staff were VERY helpful. For example, I needed to perform a bank transaction on a Brazilian bank holiday (I’m from USA and don’t know how to perform it - especially on a bank holiday - plus it was pouring down rain). The staff took care of everything and brought back all of the necessary paperwork showing it had been done. It is close to MASP, close to shopping. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, comfortable. The included breakfast is great.
