relaxing time
nice little hotel, very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was decent and convenient, no hotel bar, but can go next door for lunch and drinks.

Song of the Sea - Exceeded our expectations
What an amazing place that we picked for our first getaway. This place was everything that we were looking for, privacy, beach, beauty everything. We were so pleased that my husband is planning our next trip there. The kitchenette was perfect the room was spacious and the bed fabulous. One of my hsubands favorites was the buffet breakfast each morning sitting out on the deck. The staff was incredible and so gracious to us.
We went mid October and the beaches were amazing, hardly any activity, the water still warm and the nights were comfortable.

Wonderful quaint and quiet place to stay
The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly; greeting us every morning with a smile. The continental breakfast was awesome and very convenient, since we didn’t want to go out to eat every morning. The hotel room was clean and, even though we opted to not have our room cleaned every day, the cleaning staff were always making sure we had clean linens and asked if we needed a refill on soap or shampoo. The location, atmosphere and quiet nature of "Song of the Sea" is what attracted us to come stay with them again. I would highly recommend this place, especially to couples seeking quiet and relaxation.
Traveler's tip on dining
We dined at several places during our stay. We found that most restaurants were similar price-wise. We found Doc Fords, The Island Cow and Mermaid Kitchen to be the best. We would recommend the Island Cow for breakfast and lunch; Doc Ford’s and the Mermaid Kitchen for dinner.
