Dirty, smelly, old and poorly maintained
The room was non-smoking, however it had a terrible cigarrette smell. The carpets in the corridor were stained, walls were dirty. The parking garage smelled like rotten garbage. On the positive side, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
Tremblant is a great place for kids, many activities to keep them entertained. The hotel location is good, close to all activities, restaurants, pool, etc.

Very impressed
The people at the front desk were very friendly when we wanted to upgrade our room. They did everything possible and gave us a great rate as well.

Disappointed
I had asked for a lake view but ended up with a parking view. They offered to change the room but the only room they showed was inferior to the one I was in. No desk, no sofa, no mini kitchen. Can’t figure out why the rooms are so different. The inside parking, an extra cost, is a real nightmare.

Unless you are going for the skying, stay in a smaller hotel that is closer to nature.
