Superb, even in winter...
The hotel is one of the few accommodations where everything works, every amenity is top notch, and the staff really does their jobs in perfect rhythm. Every guest interaction has been considered, from the quality of the ball point pens to the heated floor in the bathroom. We found the concierge helpful and knowledgeable, the lounge/cafe to be inviting and comfortable. One example, they offered loaner umbrellas when they were needed without being asked. Not inexpensive, but worth it. We enjoyed the hotel more than the city - worth a trip to see how it should be done!

The hotel is very good, the staff very friendly, good location, and the room is confortable, good forniture e cofe machine inside. We loved this hotel and the next travel we will looking for a hotels by chateux and relais.
