Pick a different hotel

Front desk clerk working the night of arrival was rude...went on checking in the next guest w/o giving us our RM keys. Got to the room only to find the sink was not working properly, only hot H2O avail. The next night, we got back to our hotel around 930pm, carrying our heavy 3 yr. old, we get to the room and our keys don’t work. I use the phone by the elevators & ask for someone to walk the key to us. "No, we need to see proper ID," she says. After pleeding my case she finally agrees to have someone come up. 15 mins. later...still waiting. So I call again...after a long wait, still carrying my sleeping 3 yrs. old we get a key. Upon check out, we get a charge of $17 no explanation. I was about to leave without question, but decided to check. "we will reverse the charge," he says. I ask, "but what was the charge for?" "don’t worry about it, the charge was reversed." What was that about? No next time for me. The only + for this hotel...the bell man was extremely helpful.

Nice Hotel Near Disneyland

I bit far from the main entrance, but not impossible. Sitting on the full balconey at the end of the night was wonderful.

Will not stay again

After reading the wonderful reviews on this site I thought that this hotel was a sure bet. I have stayed in a few Sheraton’s before and have always LOVED their service, quality, and comfort. This hotel should not be allowed to use the Sheraton brand. Let me first say that the staff was wonderful. The gentleman at check-in was very helpful. My bf forgot his toothbrush and they had a complimentary one sent to our room within 5 minutes. Now that that has been said, let me go on to say that the entire hotel (minus the lobby) is run down. Carpets are stained, and walls dirty. The bathroom in our room was TINY and oddly constructed. Towels were hard (worse than any place I’ve ever been to). The shower curtain was extremely thin and didn’t keep the water in. There were puddles on the floor every time I got out of the shower. The curtains to the outside had (what looked like) food crusted all over them. The blue bed skirt had a bunch of white spots ( I don’t want to know!!)on it. We had a Disneyland view, which was great, however we had no balcony! Some rooms have a balcony that have a couple chairs to sit on and some don’t! Ours just had a sliver of a concrete slab to stand on and a railing..and that’s it! It was strange. All in all, the morning of checkout I skipped my shower and left early. That room/hotel just grossed me out.
