NOT IMPRESSED
hotel will be good only to spend a long weekend, but not to go to some of the park because we endending paying more for taxi, with that more we could be stay at the Hilton hotel infront of Sea World.

We liked everything except the housekeeping.
We stayed for eleven nights and over half of the days they didn’t leave clean towels and wash cloths. It was irritating because we told them we wanted extra since there was four of us staying in the room and they didn’t leave any. Two of the days they didn’t even clean our room. I try to be nice about these kinds of things but that’s the best part about staying in a hotel. The front desk was always nice about giving us towels but it was still a hassle getting them on a regular basis. We did enjoy the waterpark and food, and my husband and daughter loved the arcade.

I would stay there again
The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist me. The room and facilities were extremely clean and maintained. The housekeeper did forget to replenish the bath and kitchen amenities and didn’t not even make the beds one day. The front desk staff addressed those concerns. I would consider another stay at this hotel. I found it relaxing in the lazy river. It was lucky that it was a slow time of the year otherwise I could imagine it not very relaxing. A great place to take children with the waterpark.
