Great location, not so great bed
The Glidden House is beautiful hotel inside and out. Hospitality provided by the hotel’s concierge was truly second to none. We were constantly greated and offered assistance with anything we could think of. The room’s furnishings were great. The only drawback was the bed. Most hotels of this caliber have much more comfortable mattresses. My wife had trouble sleeping through the night. Aside from that, the complimentary breakfast was great. We would come back if it weren’t for the bed.

charming small hotel
Quality experience from lobby to room to abundant European style breakfast. Brazilian theme small restaurant on property. Parking convenient. Walking access to Art Museum and Botanical Museum. Have stayed several times and enjoyed each occasion.
