Friendly, Helpful Staff and Service! Very Clean City!
A very nice stay for our quick trip to Vancouver B for the U2 concert. The check-in went very smoothly, we had aparking pass for the private hotel parking, located under the hotel. Easy access to our car and close to hotel door/elevator. Nice indoor pool with a hot tub and sauna room. Entertaining Seagulls land on the balcony railing for treats. Views of water, big cargo ships and water taxis. Due to city-wide Taxi shortage for the concert, we walked to PC Place Stadium within 30 minutes--and back afterwards. A very friendly city.

Room with a view in Vancouver
This hotel was conveniently located in a neighborhood that had lots of restaurants, grocery stores etc. Stanley Park was a 5 minute walk as was the beach. We walked Stanley Park and it was beautiful. It was also a 15 minute drive to Grouse Mountain, Granville Island and the University campus which houses the Anthropology museum. Our room was on the 20th floor with a view of the park and water. There was a kitchen, sittting area and work area with a desk. We would definitely stay here again.
We were there mid October and the leaves were breathtaking.

Will Always Look for Coast Plaza & Suites Hotel
We received a warm welcome at the desk even though our ship came in early in the morning. We were given a high floor as I had requested. The suite was lovely--spaciaous, well-appointed (even to the Q-tips), had a great balcony and view, and was very comfortable. It was serviced well. The concierge helped us with our tours, maps, etc. On the last day we were both sick. When the housekeeper came to the door, I said we would pass, and she insisted that she at least stock us with additional coffee, tea, and accompaniments. The staff took a personal interest in guests. It was a great stay.
Traveler's tip on dining
This is a great location, 3 blocks from the beach, and a diners paradise--an international buffet of restaurants, and, of course, some great seafood choices. Id go back in a minute.
