Very cute hotel!
We visited Palm Springs in January for the warmth. The hotel was very cute (modern and spa-like). The staff was friendly and informative. I can see how the parking might be a problem, but it wasn’t for us in January. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything I wanted and more...............
I was first checked into a room without a bathtub, I went to the desk and explained that I would really prefer to have a room with a tub. The front desk clerk check the computer for another room but there were none available at the rate I was paying. I told him I wouldn’t mind paying a little more and he still couldn’t find another room. When he saw the disappointment on my face he said "Let me call my manger". After speaking to the manager he gave me another room that I am sure was more expensive than my original room, but he didn’t charge me any additional fee. He really put the customer first. That is what makes a great hotel. Both the original room I was given and the room I stayed in were spacious and clean. The hotel is just off the main strip but without the noise and traffic. I loved it and highly recommend staying at this hotel.

wonderful bargain in downtown Palm Springs
From the cool mid-century styled lobby to the comfortable beds with 500 thread count sheets, this hotel was just what I was looking for. Not right in the center of town (easily walkable to center), but near nice shops in the uptown design district, and a couple of good nearby restaurants. Spacious room, balcony, mellow decor, nice pools and spa. Terrific place, highly recommended.
