Ill come back
I have stayed at this hotel before and was satisfied and loved the rides and stuff at the top, wanted to come back, brought my daughter for her 21st birthday and she loved it! The only draw back is that it is a little far from the main strip, but not that bad we caught a bus and was there in no time. Rates were great!

"Worst Stay I Have Ever Had"
This was my first time to Vegas on top of taking my Daughter & Fiance there to get married & also my Daughters 21st B-Day. We were practically promised a early check-in, and that did not happen. Check-in is suppose to be at 3:00 & we did not get to check in until after 4:00. Spent most of the day trying to check in at the counter having to argue with them that we had reservations for 2 adjoining rooms with king size beds, in smoking rooms. One room ended up with 2 full beds. We were late to the wedding because of there sorry check in services. The rooms are nothing like the pics. show. There is not even a coffee pot !!!!!!!!! Very, Very dissapointed !!! They are not helpful at all & very rude. They do not try to accomodate you at all. They get your reservations & that is all they are after. They could care less if you are took care of the way you deserve to be. The whole stay was awful. Trust me, dont make the mistake that I did & reserve rooms here. This trip was suppose to be making memories of a lifetime & ended up being the most awful trip I have ever been on & we vacation all the time.

We will be back
Though far from the action, the Stratosphere is a fantastic hotel. It is located on the far North end of the strip, in a poor neighborhood that can be scary at night. The location isnt bad if you take the bus down the strip (the duece bus is very inexpensive for a 3 day pass) and there is a duece stop right outside the hotel. The rooms are clean, and the beds comfortable. Most importantly, the hotel is easilly navigated. We ate at the Top of the World, (VERY good), Roxys (Also good) the mexican restaurant in the shopping area, but the best deal was the all day buffet. For the money, you just cant get this kind of hotel experience anywhere else.
