Not impressed
Hotel is in very precarious conditions. Walls are much too thin and one can hear the TV blaring on the other side of the wall, making sleeping a very hard thing to do. Gym has virtually nothing. Overall is ok for one night stay but definitely not longer. Only advantage of this hotel is that is walking distance from Pemex, so if you have a quick meeting and don’t want to drive in Mexico City traffic (which is terrible), it is ok (again, one night only), but aside from that, I do not recommend it.
