Nice Hotel, Bad Service
The rooms in this hotel were well appointed, though small. The location was good if you need to be in/near downtown. Parking was a nightmare. There are very few available spaces to self-park, so I had to valet. The next morning, I asked for my car at 7:45 and finally got it at 8:35 after asking the front desk repeatedly and discussing the matter with two of the valet drivers. The sign at the desk indicated you should give 15 minutes notice to get a car, but I actually waited 50 minutes and was late to a meeting as a result. No one was ever able to explain why this happened or apologized for the inconvenience.
