It’s all about the people..
The hotel staff we excedptional in many ways. The view of the mountians was great form every window and door of the hotel. The neighborhood was clean and upperclass. The hotel food was good and the service excellent. The frount desk people were great. Bus service and taxi service was readly available. I would strongly reccomend this hotel to any one planning a trip to Oaxaca..

Will definitely go back
The reception and restaurant staff was awesome! They helped us out with everything we needed, including assisting my friend with a wheelchair after she suffered a terrible sprained ankle. They made an effort to know their guests and cater to their needs. What else could we ask for?
